I had a fantastic weekend.
We went to the IT Show, making our way there and through that crowd was so not fun, but he bought a MacBook! Yay! *wriggles fingers*
We went to Serangoon Gardens for dinner and while waiting for his parents to be done at the club, we went to Cafe Cartel for drinks. After looking at the menu, he decides he wants dessert even though we had a full dinner. He felt like having the waffle with the peaches, bananas and ice cream and I took the opportunity to remind him that it's his fault we're getting fat. Not mine. See, he's been blaming me saying we're always going out to eat and hence gaining a few pounds in the process.
On Sunday, I went to church with him and his parents. The service is very different from what I'm used to but it was good! After church we sent his parents home then went to attend his friends ROM ceremony. We went to the wrong hotel. The invitation said Furama Waterfront (something like that) and when I looked up the street directory, I only found one Furama Hotel, the one at China Town. We only found out that we were at the wrong hotel when we asked the staff at the front desk. We found out that this was the Furama City Center and that the Furama Waterfront was at the former Novotel Apollo, next to King's Corpthorne and Hotel Mirama. -_-"
Then he sent me a really sweet message at night. Aww... And this coming from him, I knew he really meant it.
And as of today, it's been four months. Whee.....!
