A very big post-Christmas hello to all ma peeps. I'm trusting that everyone had an awesome Christmas. I, for one, ate too much, but who can resist fantastic pumpkin soup, Duck à l'Orange, Gammon ham, leg of lamb and perfectly cooked turkey from the Cricket Club? Ohhhh... yummy, yummy, yummy... *sigh* 'Till next year Mr Turkey and Mr Lamb, and not too mention Mr delicious Gammon ham.

Anyway... Christmas day was exhausting as usual, but a whole lot of fun. We had a great performance! I have had quite a bit of very positive feedback. Some felt it was too short cuz they were really enjoying the performance! I am really very very proud of some of you for giving it your all. Keep it up! Salutes to Amy, Shu ai and Amanda for memorising that whole bunch of scripture and really connecting with the audience! Good job! Ok, now to do a bit of explaining for those of you wondering what happened for the "O Holy Night" piece.
My microphone was on. The person who was supposed to hand me the mic handed me the blue one instead of the yellow because he couldn't find the yellow mic and as the sound-man was prepared for me to use the yellow mic, the blue one was muted. So, a bit of a blunder there but oh well, it's over and done with and it still was a good performance overall. =)

After the service was the usual frenzied exchanging of gifts and cards amoung most of the youth. I think I got enough candy to last me a whole 2 months. And Kelvin!!! Love you deep deep for the Krispy Kreme. *big satisfied sigh* =D

Anyway, this is what I gave out this year. Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. Yes, I baked them. Yes, they are delicious. No, you won't get the runs.

Oooh... fancy basket! I had to give them out in style. hehe

Don't they look nice?

HELLO ANDREW. THANK YOU! *cheeky grin*
By the way, I think they should make Boxing day a holiday in Singapore. No one should have to go back to work the day after Christmas. No one. Especially me. Haha.

I was floored when I tore off the wrapper. You know, the eyes wide open, mouth agape kinda thing. I'm still in minor awe. I can't believe he did that. But I LOVE it! *swoons*
