Saturday was a looooong day. Most of it was spent in church, practising.
The practise for the Christmas performance seems to be going along fine. At least the dance for the most part is. I'm not too sure about the drama and the choir, well... *sigh*, it's a start I suppose. How do you get people to open up their mouths to sing and not be afraid to project their voices? Some of them look like they're whispering to mice. Or is it that their reluctance is from some ill conceived perception that this is in some way going to make them look foolish? Maybe they just need some time to warm up to performing. I suppose since this is a fairly new ministry in our youth, it's a given. But I'll trust in Him.

Girl, pioneering a brand new ministry is not easy. It takes a lot of hardwork and courage and I really respect you for that. This is really something great that you are doing for the youth and I know in time you'll see the fruits of your labor. Others might see it as just another ministry but I believe this will slowly empower our youth to boldly step out for God and not mention build stronger ties among us. Don't be discouraged. You'll always have my support.

It's the little things that you do that's making me fall in love with you. You don't know it yet, but I'll tell you in time. Though we didn't get to go to the East Coast cuz of that 10 vehicle pile up that took up 3 lanes of the expressway {o_O}, I still had a wonderful time. It doesn't take a lot for that. I'm glad I finally plucked up the courage to ask you that question. I was just afraid of what your answer would be, but looks like I was tormenting myself over nothing, again. I'm sorry this whole thing is so weird for you but I'm glad it happened anyway. I wouldn't change a thing.
