Greetings from Sydney, Australia!
It's about 16 degrees out, a pleasent
change from hot and humid Singapore.
Kelvin and I arrived in Sydney at about
7pm, Sydney time. After checking in at
the Railway Square YHA, we headed out
to explore the city central.
We only got back to our room at about
3am after having a really late dinner at
Chinatown.
Today was spent shopping. It's the last
day for most of the sales so I went into
almost all the shops I saw. Haha. But I
am holding out till I get to those factory
outlets. *grins* I did buy 3 tops however.
I couldn't resist! The sales are amazing.
One top was originaly $19.95, but it was
hung on a $10 rack without a discount tag,
so I check it with the cashier and found out
it had been reduced further to $5. [!!!]
*big grin*
Oh and I had my 2 Krispy Kreme
doughnuts today. Hmmmmyummmyy!!!
Tonight will be another night bearing few
hours of sleep. We will be watching the
Germany vs Argentina match, then
catching a few hours of sleep before
waking really early to get to the Sydney
Harbour Bridge to catch the sunrise. We
hope to take a few good shots of the sun
rising from behind the Sydney Opera
House. Then we'll have to rush back to
our hostel to meet Derek and Huimin.
